To Register a teen participant, please complete the form below. Parents, legal guardians, or Parish Catechetical Leaders may submit registrations.

Payment:
Once you complete online registration, please make payment in the form of a check. If your parish is helping cover some or all of the registration fee, please ask the parish to write and send the check.

Write the teens name in the memo.
